The Lamb & Flag

The Lamb & Flag is a 500-year-old pub in Oxford. This place is an oddity; it’s actually run by St. John’s College, which is right next door. The profits from the pub are actually used towards funding scholarships for its students! Still, although it’s currently temporarily closed, it remains one of the most interesting pubs in Oxford.

The Lamb & Flag is very close to Keble College, one of my personal favourites. When it reopens its doors again, you will find comfortable and ample seating, decent drinks, and a great atmosphere filled with students and locals.

Opening Hours: Temporarily closed.

Service options: Dine-in · No takeaway · No delivery.

Address: 12 St Giles’, Oxford OX1 3JS
